Exploring the Night - The Sky is Falling! - CANCELED

Explore the nocturnal world of the Watershed Reserve during the season of the Perseid meteor shower with Naturalist Jeff Hoagland. Discover the late summer insect orchestra, learning the songs of coneheads, kaytdids and crickets. Overhead we will watch for satellites among the summer stars and, with luck, a shooting star or two. Lastly, learn about the importance of dark skies. This gentle hike will traverse several habitats for over two miles.

This hike is intended for adults or families with children over 8. Adult attendance and pre-registration required.
