Build a Rain Barrel Workshop

Offered in partnership with the NJDEP Watershed Ambassador Program

While the rainfall is plentiful now, in several months we’ll be eager for additional water for our vegetable and flower gardens. Capturing and reusing rainwater for your gardens using a rain barrel is an easy way of controlling storm water and helping to reduce local flooding.

In addition to building a rain barrel, attendees will be given instructions for installation, care, and appropriate uses for their rain barrel.
 
$50 registration fee includes all construction materials. The fee is per barrel, so groups can build one barrel for $50.
