At the end of its term, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a few opinions that dramatically changed federal administration law. In Loper Bright v. Raimondo, Secretary of Commerce, 603 U.S. (2024) the Court abandoned its long-held principle of deference to administration agencies, overruling Chevron U.S.A Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. In another case Corner Post, Inc. v. Board of Governors, 603 U.S. (2004), the Court upended the statute of limitations to challenges of administrative rules.

These decisions and others will likely have major impacts on federal administrative agencies, but what will the impacts in New Jersey be? Will Corner Post impact challenges to rules? Join us as we learn from practicing attorneys on how NJ courts will handle deference to agencies going forward and implications to environmental protections.

This event will be 100% virtual and on Zoom. Recordings will be shared with attendees after the event.
