Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned expert in either, this program will delight and inspire! Watershed Educator and meditation instructor Elizabeth Hinckley will guide you through meditations in two habitats - field and forest - to center yourself and connect with the Reserve's birdlife.  We'll enjoy a gentle walk and discussion between habitats. Dress for the weather, and bring a sunhat for our time in the field. \n  \n  \n Preregistration required.
