Homeschool: Mammals of the Watershed Part 1

Watershed Educators Vicky Allen and Elizabeth Hinckley are back for another exciting homeschool series about mammals! Join our pack as we sniff out fascinating discoveries about our furry friends while exploring our Reserve. From mice to marsupials, we'll learn about who lives here, what their lives are like, and their places in our ecosystem and the world.
Lessons will utilize our unique resource of the 950-acre Watershed Reserve. Classes will offer hands-on activities in a warm and personalized environment which fosters a sense of community and belonging within the group. Participants should come prepared to learn, engage, and have fun! We plan to be both indoors and outdoors, so please have students come dressed for the weather and wear waterproof footwear.
This is the first of two sessions of four classes. Register for the second one here!
Please note that this session skips September 30th.
If you're interested in joining after the first session, please call Anna 609-737-3735 ext. 42 or email ahill@thewatershed.org

This program is intended for children ages 6 -12. We require an adult to accompany homeschool students to the Watershed Center and remain onsite during the program. Preregistration required.
