Have you ever wondered how scientists can tell if a stream is clean and safe? Join us to explore the Stony Brook and learn some techniques for water testing, collecting macro invertebrates like mayflies, crayfish, and caddisflies to see if our stream is clean and healthy. Wear boots or water shoes for this program and be prepared to get wet!

Ages 10 and up. In-person program. Dress for the weather of the day. Adult attendance required; masks and social distancing encouraged. Discount available for members.
