Summer Camp Kickoff Session 1
Come learn about what's going on at The Watershed Institute and Watershed Nature Camp this summer! Receive a free Nature Camp bandana that your child can color to make their own. Meet other camp families, swap stories, and learn about Watershed offerings beyond camp.
Jim Waltman, the Watershed's Executive Director, will provide an overview of our programs and describe various ways that your family can stay engaged at the Watershed all year-round by volunteering and attending programs and events. Learn how older siblings can work with our scientists and land stewards on independent projects and gain service hours.
Meet our new Camp Director Michelle Perkins, who will sketch out a typical camp day, and describe the four themes at camp of outdoor skills, animals, water and natural crafts. She'll orient new families as well as welcome returning families.
We will have some time for Questions & Answers. Please join us!
